By purchasing or downloading a house plan from ColloBuild you receive a personal, non-transferable license to build one home from that plan. Plans may not be resold, redistributed, or used for multiple builds without a separate multi-use license.

Local building codes and permitting requirements vary by jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to have plans reviewed by a licensed local professional before construction begins.
